Tom Hathaway
With 14 years and counting as an Infantry Officer in the United States Marine Corps, I've had incredible leadership opportunities ranging from leading a platoon in Afghanistan to commanding a company on a harsh winter deployment to the Norwegian Arctic. After earning my Master's Degree in Security Studies from Naval Postgraduate School in 2022, I reported to the United States Naval Academy. Since then, I've had the opportunity to teach leadership in and out of the classroom. I am in charge of leadership development for the Division II Men's Hockey Team and have done the same with the Endurance Team, which provided me an opportunity to combine my passion for leadership and coaching with my favorites sports: hockey and triathlon.
My wife Kelli is a former Navy Officer and now an Elementary School Therapist. Together, we have two active sons and two lazy dogs.
